Thank you for your interest in attending the 2024 5p- Society Annual Conference. There will be several options for you below, please choose the option that fits you best.
You will have the opportunity to let us know if you want a child's or adults meal for your family member. Registrations received after July 1, 2024 will pay a late fee of $50.00. If you have any questions, please send an email to [email protected].
Please make sure to provide your email addresses for each registrant. The email address will be used for the conference app.
**Please note that ratio Conference Registration DOES NOT include hotel reservations, travel or incidentals.**

T-shirts
T-shirts will be included in your conference registration. To guarantee your t-shirt order, please register no later than June 1, 2024.
If you would like to order extra T-shirts or are not attending the conference but would like to order T-Shirts, please click on the box below to order EXTRA shirts. Shirts are $15.00 each for sizes YXS-A2XL. $18.00 for sizes A3XL and A4XL.

$200.00 Family Registration is for four individuals of the same family - children or adults. Late registration will be $250.00 after July 1, 2024.
$100.00 Early Individual Registration for one member. Late registration will be $150.00 after July 1, 2024.
$300.00 Family Registration for non 5p- Society members for up to four individuals in the same family. Late registration will be $350.00 after July 1, 2024. Become a member and save $100.00 (membership fee is $25.00/year)
$150.00 Individual registration for one person who is not a member of the 5p- Society. Late registration will be $200.00 after July 1, 2024. Become a member and save $50.00 (membership fee is $25.00/year)
Fill out your registration information below.
Family registrations are for up to four individuals in the same family. Registrants can be either adults or children. After you register the first individual you will be see a box that says Add Additional Registrants, click on the box. Click the "Family Registration - Member or Non-Member" button and it will turn from $200.00 to $0.00 for the remaining three individuals in your group. Keep adding registrants until you have added everyone in your party before checking out. You will have the opportunity to add more than four individuals. Each additional individual will be an additional $50.00 added to your registration.
Individual registrants will only be able to register for one person. You will not be able to add any additional individuals onto your registration.
Photo Release:I/we acknowledge that I may be photographed, or recorded. I hereby release to the 5p‐ Society all proprietary rights and copyrights in all such photographs, digital images, voices, recordings, actions, films and likenesses (including negatives, positives and prints) which shall be and remain the property of the 5p‐ Society. I understand that this material may be used in various publications, public affairs releases, recruitment material, and broadcasts or for other related endeavors. This material may also appear on the 5p‐ Society’s website, and other public social media sites.
I expressly release the 5p‐ Society, its directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers, from any and all claims, including copyright and privacy, arising out of any reproduction, broadcast, distribution, publication, or promotion of this event.
